If I’m a winner, how do I get access to my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Trial Prize or get my Xbox Series S console?
You will instantly find out whether you are a winner. However, before we can declare you an official winner, your submission will be reviewed and validated to make sure it is the only time the receipt has been used and it contains one (1) of the participating products purchased during the Offer Period. Once your submission has been approved, an email will be sent within 72 hours to the email address supplied with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Trial code associated with your prize to use on your new or existing Xbox Game Pass account. If you are a Grand Prize winner you will receive your Xbox Series S console by courier.

How long do I have to submit my receipt?
The Pizza Pops Win Xbox Prizes’ website closes September 30, 2023 ET and receipts can no longer be submitted after the website closes.
How long do I have to redeem my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Trial code?
Redeem your Xbox Game Pass code(s), at microsoft.com/redeem by March 31, 2024. Credit card required for all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemptions. Game Pass trial may only be redeemed if you agree to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and agree to pay the then-current regular membership rate when the trial period ends.

Is there a limit to how many Grand or Secondary prizes I can get during the Offer period?
There is a limit of eight (8) total Prizes including one (1) Grand Prize of an Xbox Series S console per person or household that begins on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
